I've bought 2 Vantrue dash cam devices at this point and had great experiences with them. The customer service team has been responsive and helpful with all the random questions I've had. 10/10 recommend.

Very good dash cams saved me from going to jail since it was my word against the other party who was hospitalized and couldn't remember. The other party was at fault not me and the dash cam covered it all proof was on Video from beginning to end.

The product didn't get shipped in an appropriate timeframe and the customer service email has been glitching and customer service unresponsive. I chose the site over Amazon and I am regretting it.

Ich habe Zubehör für meine Vantrue N4 Dashcam bestellt. Leider war der Artikel nur noch im Lager in China vorrätig, wodurch die Versandkosten höher und die Lieferzeit länger waren. Da meine Dashcam jedoch etwas älter ist (aus 2020), war ich sehr froh, dass das benötigte Zubehör überhaupt noch erhältlich war. Nach einer kurzen Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundenservice wurde mir jedoch sofort ein Rabatt von 50 % auf die Versandkosten angeboten. Die Kommunikation ist schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Dass solche Artikel für ältere Modelle nicht mehr in allen weltweiten Lagern verfügbar sind, kann ich durchaus nachvollziehen. Da nehme ich längere Versandzeiten gerne in kauf. Super Kundenservice, klare Empfehlung.

I have had great luck with Vantrue. I got the N5 and love it. It's the first dashcam that I have had that does everything I want and without any hassle it just works. There have been a few product issues with it but customer service has been amazing and well worth the money spent unlike other companies that never respond to an issue. I'm going on 3 years with the same camera and it's proven itself over and over. I am a lifelong Vantrue fan!

Prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service response from Judy of the Vantrue support team. UPS delivered a damaged package, missing several items sent by Vantrue. Vantrue is replacing the missing items for me.
