We ordered this concentrator recommended by an friend for our mom. We did research and decided this was going to be a great fit for her. It satisfies our needs, works great, and unburdens us from dragging around a heavy tank on wheels. The company was easy to work with, ordering was easy, and we received our order quickly and in perfect condition.

My machine delivery was fast and efficient. I have also ordered more filters from this site and it was easy and the delivery was excellent. The machine works great and I enjoy the quality.

Unit works fine. Well built and gives an acceptable concentration even at level 5. not quite the 93% advertised but around 89%. Takes forever shipping from China. Website indicates that the units are stocked in the US.

Hi Enzo, Thank you for your feedback — we’re glad to hear the unit is working well for you. Regarding oxygen concentration, performance may vary depending on usage conditions and flow settings. At higher settings, the device may also require some time to reach a stable output level. As for shipping, our products are primarily stocked in the US. However, in some cases where local inventory is temporarily limited, we may fulfill orders from other regional warehouses to ensure timely delivery and product availability. We appreciate your understanding and support, and we’re here if you have any questions or need assistance. — VARON Team

DANGER! Product descriptions are misleading and dangerous! We purchase a unit that claimed to have continuous oxygen delivery at 6L. THIS DOES NOT MEAN 6 LITERS OF OXYGEN!! The flow is continuous but the 6L means 6 levels, not 6 liters of O2. Once you adjust from level one (which they call 1L) your oxygen flow drops significantly. If you or your loved one is on 6L of continuous O2 at home and you try to use a Varon portable O2 concentrator at 6L, you will be getting about 23% oxygen. This information is NOT clearly stated in the advertisement. The return process is very difficult as it has a short one month return window, and calls and emails to get a return started are ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Hi Lynn, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your concerns. We understand how important clear and accurate product information is, especially for oxygen-related use. Our oxygen concentrators are designed with adjustable flow settings and corresponding oxygen output ranges; performance may vary by model, selected setting, and usage conditions. Different models are designed for different usage needs, with some providing more stable output while others may show variation across settings. We understand this can sometimes lead to confusion, and we are continuously working to make our product information clearer and easier to understand. If you would like, our support team would be happy to review your case and assist you further.

The Varon NT-086 was bought in October, 2025. It quit working in April 2026. Since it was bought on Amazon, I have not been any answers from the company. This was a very expensive item, and I would like it's warranty to be covered.

Since the purchase was made through Amazon, we suggest first reaching out to Amazon Customer Service or checking your Amazon order page for warranty or return support.
