It's a scam! They make you commit to a membership to even try the product. I had a bad reaction to it and I have been going around and around with them for months trying to get it canceled and now trying to at least get the last one refunded. It is almost 200.00 every 2 months!!!!! They have NOT refunded my money but are claiming they have. I guess my bank is a liar. This is a scam!!! Don't do it!!!! You can't cancell!!!!

I used the shampoo, conditioner, hair growth serum and the biotin gummies for 10 months. I saw no results whatsoever. Save your money.

The same thing has happened to me, I did not sign up for a subscription yet I am being charged. When I try to log in to cancel, I get a message saying I don’t have an account associated with this email, however, I received a message saying my order had been shipped to that same email. No reply to my messages the phone line does not work. I even DM’d the company and on Instagram. This is theft, we should all report them to the BBB. Or a class action lawsuit, I would like my $128 back. UPDATE****** 3/5/2022 VEGAMOUR, So the fact that countless people here and on the Better Business Bureaus website had the same exact experience is a coincidence? How is it easy to cancel a subscription if you don't have an account to log into? How can you have a subscription, a reoccurring service, without an account? Make it make sense.. What you are doing is called credit card fraud. And now I will be reporting you to the BBB as well as sharing the steps I took to get my money back everywhere I can. Perhaps take some of the money that you steal from customers and start paying an actual social media person because this is a direct result of the response you left calling me and every other person that you stole from a liar. WHEN you are charged with credit card fraud I will be the first to give a statement along with all the evidence gathered by myself and my bank and WHEN you get sued by your customers I will gladly join the lawsuit. Everyone else here, I flagged the fraudulent charge to my bank and Vegamour disputed my claim. I then sent my bank "the receipts". These are the steps you need to take to get your stolen money back. 1. Try to get in contact with the company (spoiler alert: you won't be able to) document your attempts. 2. Contact your bank and alert them to this theft, have them cancel your card so this company of grifters can not continue to charge you because they will if given the chance. 3. Screenshot with a date and timestamp the login page that says your email is not associated with an account. 4. Print out reviews here and other websites like the BBB where other victims of this company have left identical stories. Don't worry about finding them, there are plenty and they date back YEARS. 5. Expect this "company" to dispute your claim. Respond to the dispute with the evidence you have gathered showing that this is a pattern of theft. 6. Get your $ back. Expect the company to actually respond now because they are mad they can no longer steal from you. 7. Share these steps everywhere you can so other victims can recover their money.

This company is a scam. I ordered 10/25/21 to try your product. I received a receipt and shipping confirmation. On December 27 they charged my account for absolutely no reason….stole from me! I have checked and have no subscription and no orders. I have no emailed receipt or shipping confirmation. I have reached out by email 2 times and called with no answer of response. Filed a dispute with my bank. This is theft!!!

When you buy a product, they automatically add you on a monthly subscription that they charge on your credit card, without consent. Furthermore, it's impossible to delete the subscription without calling at a number who 'has been disconnected'. So now I'm going to call my credit card company to try to block the supplier from billing me 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner and 1 serum EVERY MONTH. Or I better start washing my hair 3 times a day.

SCAMMERS!!!! the worst they charge your card and don't send your product and when you ask them about it they completely ignore you !!!! run far away from this company they are scammers...Yup and this is the automated response you get all the time...you do not get real person that is actually concerned . Product takes months to create changes but is ok. Customer service socks, you actually have to call to cancel

Cancel subscription-only via phone? In 2021? Seriously? For people who live in different countries/time zone, this is absolutely unacceptable. Loved the products, but won't use them ever again.
