Absolute Trash! Don't waste your money, I've bought several times on this site and won't anymore. It never hits anything and I've only ever been above my buy in amount by $1 . STAY AWAY!

Im pretty convinced that 80% or more of…
Im pretty convinced that 80% or more of these reviews are incentives or fake upon playing this platform for nearly 3 months and thousands of dollars invested. I can tell you the games are some of the tightest games I've ever played in over 15 years of playing on platforms like this. It almost feels like it's rigged. There is no way that a game with over $700 invested into it in one shot is not going to provide a bonus at a dollar bet the game's here feel like they continuously work against you even in a bonus round. Where, if indeed you finally do get a bonus, it pays you virtually nothing. Customer SERVICE IS A JOKE they run their mouth about certified RNG And all this other nonsense where in fact? I know exactly how these games operate. I understand what a random number generator is and the games here. Don't seem to operate on one at all. Or if they theyre set to take and take only i will be reaching out to new york state attorney general Letitia James and demanding an investigation as to how this casino is able to operate legally while being unfair fare gameplay, if that's what you want. You will not receive it here, stay away. These games are designed to do one thing. And in my opinion, one thing only drain your balance entirely. The people that claim they are winning are either paid or coerced by incentives stick to legitimate platforms like chumba or pulsz

Vegas builder sucks…
if the one hour redemption time is true then that would be awesome. but in my experience worst gaming sc Ive played so far. all the games do is just drain your balance and half the spins I take end up charging me twice then the amount I'm betting, Vegas builder casino is definitely a rip off.

Hello Ricky, We're sorry to hear that your experience with VegasBuilder has been disappointing. We understand how frustrating it can be when gameplay doesn't go as expected, and we appreciate you sharing your concerns. Regarding the spins you mentioned, we recommend checking whether the Jackpot feature is enabled while playing. When activated, this feature may include an additional contribution per spin, which can cause your balance to decrease faster than expected. We encourage you to always review your played amount and any active game features before spinning. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact our Support Team at [email protected] with the game name and approximate date and time of the affected rounds so we can investigate further. Regarding our 1-Hour Redemption Guarantee, it applies to eligible redemption requests and is subject to our Terms and Conditions, including verification requirements and additional account reviews. We appreciate your feedback and would welcome the opportunity to address your concerns. Best regards, VegasBuilder Team

Im really at my breaking point with…
Im really at my breaking point with this casino I have never ever had to deal with so much to get a measley 207$ redemption. Im already verified and no further documentation was required and it's been four days and still no redemption. I bank with Chime so the redemption should hit my account instantly and it hasn't. This is my second time redeeming and the 1st one was also a nightmare. I gave them another chance because I did receive the first redemption in a few days but this time it shouldn't be taken this long. I don't understand. VEGAS BUILDER CAN U PLEASE SEND MY MONEY. I DON'T WANNA ESCALATE THIS MATTER BUT I WILL

Hi, We're sorry to hear about your frustration and understand how important it is to receive your redemption promptly. We'd like to clarify that your redemption has already been processed on our end. However, once a redemption is processed, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution. Bank processing times are outside of our control, and funds may take 3–5 business days to become available, regardless of the bank you use. We understand that waiting can be frustrating, especially when you've experienced delays in the past. However, a processed redemption does not necessarily mean the funds will appear instantly in your bank account. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please contact us at [email protected], mentioning this Trustpilot review, and our team will be happy to assist you. Best regards, VegasBuilder t Team

Hello Carlo, We're sorry to hear about your frustration with our redemption processing times. We understand how disappointing it can be to experience delays, especially when you're expecting to receive your winnings promptly. We would like to clarify that, as outlined in our Sweeps Rules, **certain redemptions may require additional verification, security checks, or banking reviews before they can be processed.** In particular, Section 6(s) explains that payments exceeding $10,000 may require additional processing time due to bank clearance and security requirements. Our Sweeps Rules also specify that cash redemptions may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on the circumstances of each request. We want to reassure you that these reviews are not intended to delay payments or encourage additional gameplay. They are part of our established verification and payment procedures. We understand your concerns and would appreciate the opportunity to review your specific redemption history. Please contact us at [email protected] so our team can look into your account and provide further clarification. Best regards, The VegasBuilder Team

Flakey Payouts
Redeemed SC for 150$, was accepted in the first hour (to avoid giving out free spins like promised if it takes over an hour to accept), but still haven’t received it after nearly a week AND being assured it would only take 3-5 days. Talked to support which said it was sent already and gave me a ticket number and said it’s PayPal’s problem, and upon emailing VB, they said it would take a while before it was sent.

I AM ABSOLUTELY AT MY ENDS WITH THIS…
I AM ABSOLUTELY AT MY ENDS WITH THIS CASINO AND WILL BE SPREADING IT IN ALL THE GROUPS IM IN TO CEASE PLAY HERE. In the beginning I had no issues I have redeemed 2-3 times before this one i am going to talk about and have had no issues and got them within 10 mins or so. I have spent a lot of money on this site since signing up on Sept 3rd so this is beyond frustrating. 5 days ago I hit a large amount ($9,000) I went to redeem my winnings and I expected it to take a few days but this long with absolutely no communication except for all the run arounds and lies I keep getting from the in game chat. Im told something different every single time I reach out. I've been told a least 5 times that my request has been escalated and I would be hearing from someone soon. Then last night the lady told me she marked my request high priority and the management team would be in contact with me very soon. We'll here we are 7 hours later and I still havent heard a word. I understand having to go through extra security steps and measures when winning a large amount but for this to take 5 days with repeated lies from chat and no returned emails is just absurd to me. Then I get agents that will literally end the chat on me when they respond and dont let me respond back to ask another question. They are rude. I can promise you I will not be putting anymore money on here with the amount of runaround I have gotten with trhing to get my money im rightfully owed. There is way to many other sites that I can play and spend my monry and know that when I hit that redeem button my money will be in my acct before I can even look at it weather it be $100 or $9000. You guys falsely advertise and i feel need turned into the gamers commission because you are jusy trying to take people's money but not pay out what people win RIGHTFULLY. I ALSO have an issue where when I redeem I type in my debit card info but then it says im trying to redeem to a bank account which isnt true I shouldnt even have a bank account on my account to my knowledge. Im at my ends....I dont usually write bad reviews but yall are playing with my money and livelihood now and I dont play about thag.

Hi Megan, We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment this experience has caused. We understand how concerning it must be to wait several days for a significant redemption without receiving a clear update, especially after being told multiple times that your case has been escalated. We also apologize for the inconsistent information and communication you've described. This is not the experience we want our players to have, and we take your feedback regarding our support interactions seriously. Regarding the payment method discrepancy, we understand your concern and recognize the importance of ensuring your redemption details are accurate. We encourage you to contact our support team so this can be reviewed alongside the status of your redemption. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while these matters are reviewed. Kind regards, The VegasBuilder team
