The deals that are offered are eye catching to say the least & consistent. The instant to debit redemtions is what i look for mostly and i jumped right in when they announced they have them. Angela from support is the perfect image of a support staff. my first redeem took 15 hours about but it is stated the first one is instant (upon approval) which is reasonable and normal. Overall happy with my experience, the only hope for vegawin i have is for the game library to grow a bit more, otherwise all around i’m happy.

Just started on here and so far so good! They processed my redemption very quickly, and I even have trouble with my redemption. Support was able to help me same day, and they have a ton of games I love!

Not really sure what to say here I joined dragon and after my first purchase I won over $1,500 on free spins on the crypt 2. That was a week ago I was spent the last 5 days trying to get kyc verified been promised it's going to be happening the next day and then it's delayed again and again and again it's now been over 36 hours since I've hurt anything from any kind of support even though I've sent countless messages and emails I don't really know what's going on but I really would like to get my cash out as of right now one star and not really counting on anything hope you'll change my mind.. Update : shortly after posting this review and without it even going out of pending they have banned my account with my win on it and told me that I gave them information that was tampered with that is a stark lie I gave them the exact identification I get I got from the department of motor vehicles and that I use as my identity document and driver's license honestly this just kind of seems like they don't want to pay me Update to reply: My verification document s are just like anyone else's my driver's license is from the department of motor vehicles and my bank statement is from chime and FDIC insured banking institution I sent you my full bank statement and my legal ID flash driver's license he took four days to decide to ban me while your customer support team said that you were working hard at my verification and should be done any moment just to find out I'm banned and I don't win that $1,500 that I won so much for getting lucky right if I could give it to zero stars I would I really hope you read this and make a change.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your concerns. After a full review of your account and the documents submitted, our verification team identified irregularities in the documentation provided. Because of this, the account was reviewed in accordance with our security and compliance procedures. These checks are in place to protect the platform and all players from identity misuse and fraud. When documentation cannot be verified or appears altered, we are required to take action in line with our policies. We understand this outcome may be disappointing, but our decision was made following a thorough internal review and based strictly on the verification findings. Our priority is maintaining a fair and secure environment for all players.

This site is legit! Best social casino I've come across, honestly. Won 2.5K just playing off the daily and it deposited right into my account no problem and this is before I ever even made my first deposit. Verification was super quick and easy. Wins are organic and consistent, not gatekeeped based on your deposits and withdrawals. Love this social site, you guys got a player for life! Thank you for not being shady or salty after a big win like most of these other sites. Fairness is how relationships are established and maintained in this industry! Great job guys, please dont ever change :)

Idk about this site..when I had an issue with my purchase going through and messaged support... They responded instantly... But after making a second purchase and trying to redeem 100sc and the site not letting me redeem to debit card or bank, support response time suddenly turns into an entire day simply because I chose 'account issues' instead of ' payment issues'...that's suspicious to me.. Edit to add ..waited over 5 hours for support to help fix my acct so that I was able to redeem and despite one email response asking for my address (btw I'm KYC verified and sent two different bank statements with my address for the verification, and my address is in my account info...so unsure why such a random useless question) the issue wasn't resolved and I continued to get error messages when trying to redeem. I have since played the 100 down to zero dollars thanks to no help from their support staff. Also, I got one single bonus for $5 out of playing $100 on a single game, over 1k spins and the feature triggered ONCE with a measley $5. So good luck. I caution anyone who plays here to be aware of these issues I've just mentioned, I'm not very happy at all with them. The lack of consistent and timely customer support is what seals the deal for me, not the fact that I was unable to redeem, I get it, problems happen and they are new so they get grace in that area, but the lack of timely resolution of the issues is what I can't accept. These companies take our payments instantly and respond to us ASAP when it comes to a payment issue, an issue with them getting money, but when it's flipped around there's no sense of urgency at all, no bueno....I will not spend another penny on the site nor refer any of my friends simply because I can't in good faith say they can be trusted. The whole reason I even bought another package is because they sent me an email claiming they now have instant debit redeems, and I only play on instant redeem sites....but that of course turned out to be bullshit

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating this experience must have felt and would like to clarify a few points. Our support team is available 24/7, however during periods of higher workload responses can take up to 24 hours, which is also indicated in the support chat. All inquiries are handled in the order received, regardless of the category selected. Regarding redemptions, instant debit card processing applies once a redemption has been approved. The request itself must first go through a short review process before reaching that stage, which is standard practice and typically completed quickly. As for gameplay outcomes, all games on our platform are provided by licensed third-party providers and operate on certified random number generators. Results are entirely chance-based, and we do not control or influence wins or losses. We appreciate you giving Vegawin a try and thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

I play on just about every platform but typically do the majority of my spending and playing on sites with instant redemptions. I bought in and played on Vegawins under the impression they had instant debit card redemptions. This is FALSE. It has now been 4 hours since I put in for my redemption and it still shows pending and I click on the link at the bottom of the page for “Live Support” and get a message saying to explain my issue and that they typically take 1 day to respond. How the hell is that “live support”? Very disappointed. Just hope I eventually do receive my redemption. But I don’t like liars or scams and I would not currently recommend this site to anyone.

Hello Adam, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few important points for anyone reading this review. First, our platform does offer instant debit card processing, however this applies once a redemption has been approved. The approval step is a standard review process that takes place before the payment is released. After approval, eligible card redemptions are processed instantly through our payment provider. Because of this, describing the feature as “false” is not accurate. Regarding support, our chat clearly states that responses may take up to 24 hours depending on queue volume. Despite this, our records show that you did receive assistance shortly after contacting support. We understand that waiting during a first redemption can feel frustrating, but transparency and proper payment review are important to ensure secure and fair processing for all players. Vegawin processes legitimate redemptions every day, and we remain committed to providing a reliable platform and responsive support.
