Great Casino that takes care of their players. Always offering great deals on purchases and even free spins usually given out multiple times a week. They also have a great coin back system. Customer Support is always quick to resolve any problems you have. Oh and most importantly lightning fast redemption options!

Hi Landon, We love hearing this! It’s great to know you’re enjoying the deals, Free Spins, Vega Cash rewards, and especially the fast redemptions. We’re also happy our support team has been quick to help whenever you’ve needed them. Thank you for being part of Vegawin and for the amazing feedback!

I used to love it, previously had 5 stars for me. Now their deals are 35 or 36 times playthrough! It also takes a somewhat long time to get withdrawals, 5 or 6 days. I can deal with that and they do payout so that's why they're a 2 and not 1. I find it extremely deceptive to raise your playthrough to that amount. Unless that changes, my business here is done.

Hi Tamara, We appreciate you sharing your concerns, and we’d like to clarify that our standard packages continue to have a 1x playthrough requirement. Certain special promotional offers may include higher playthrough requirements in exchange for additional promotional value, and these requirements are displayed as part of the specific offer before purchase. We also hear your feedback regarding redemption times and are continuing to work on making the process faster and smoother. We appreciate the time you’ve spent with Vegawin and hope we have the opportunity to earn back your trust.
