Smooth experience ordering

i have 2 orders i only requested one , they automatically charged me and i never recieved any product. i tried calling they hang-up. i tried contacting by e-mail no response. How does this country allow people like this to operate a business with such poor delivery and poor response to customers. they rate a negative one, (-1).

Very easy ordering process. Shipment has not been received yet but is to arrive soon.
