Purchased a fan for our 10 day trip to the Caribbean last year and it worked great!! Easy to pack in suitcase. Easy to use. Enjoyed the extra air flow and the sound so I can sleep. Did have an issue this year with it charging and contacted customer service and they handled it right away. Great company!!

Excellent service from Venty! Thank you so much to the Venty team for helping me resolve the problem with my Venty fan which I bought here on Amazon.
