Quick service, but we've noticed a good number of errors in back-translations that needed to be corrected.

The work served the purpose of translating several documents in relatively short time. The level of the translation differed based on the language, some translators were better at following directions than others. We would have liked to receive more questions about it. Translators simply take decisions and guess instead of finding out what the wishes of the client are. There were some typos in German and Spanish. Overall, we were hoping for better quality.

We enjoy working with Robyn Nelson our contact from Verbatim. She is very considered and helpful. I would like that Verbatim firm could expand their capacity allocating more resources so we can increase the volume of translations we send to get them done faster since our company every year tends to increase the number of translations by a significant amount.

Price is good, but the attention to detail is lacking. Documents come back reformatted, or have words that are not translated. You get what you pay for, I suppose.
