So so service and teachers expensive.

Good overall experience but the negative is that if you purchase lessons with a tutor and you don't like him you don't get back your money as it happens with other platforms like Lingoda and preply. The only option is to buy lessons with someone else on their platform which for my case was not very helpful.

Crashes often on mobile just after logging in to the app and then navigating to other tabs below such as chat or materials

A lot of technical issues that happens repeatedly without actual solution

The platform is very heavy, and freezes a lot. Honestly, skype would be better.

I think the quality of the teachers is less than what you can find on other similar platforms, I've tried different ones.

I started using verbling in september, where I would easily give it a 4 stars. The recent changes made to the writing tools made it a UX nightmare. You can't erase anything, changing the zoom makes you lose track of where you were. The textbox tool is hard to select, etc... Besides that: - Having frequent connection issues - Booking is really cumbersome as it doesn't remember the last day you book it and then you have to scroll all the way from today - There was the functionality to copy text from the files that is now gone
