The replacement of the damaged product was not difficult and the replacement panels arrived without further issue. They do not offer any discount for the inconvenience or time required to dismantle and install the replacement panels.

I called to get better instructions on how to put together the outdoor privacy walls. They claim they come already put together. NOPE. Still don’t know how to put together. It’s very confusing and I would not order from them again

I already wrote a review to this explaining that my wall appeared to have been a used item. I don't have anything further to add. Staples, stain and damage are a giveaway. Price product for something used. Thanks.

TAG's order # 367456 arrived in 3 different shipments even though the paperwork said 1 of 1. When the last shipment was received a hush panel was damaged. We contacted Versare and talked to a Rep that was going to get a replacement. On July 1st I logged onto the website and could not find any update. I sent a request for contact and Grant Becher replied stating he was working with Russell Gill concerning the replacement. We have heard nothing else and do not know if the replacement has been shipped or when the expected arrival date would be. We need to install these cubicles as soon as possible. Any help would be appreciated

In these days of low or no materials and delays it was a pleasant surprise not only to get what I wanted but also to receive shipment in little over a week after ordering. Excellent price, excellent product, excellent service!

Product has a very good appearance. Not quite as sturdy as hoped for but does the job. We ordered with the ultimate goal of assisting in helping reducing the noise in the office. Very disappointed in the products quality for that aspect. I believe there was a 60% noise reduction characteristic noted in project literature, but I'd say it is more like 6% at best. Some of product was damaged upon delivery and company replaced immediately so that was appreciated.

Great divider and great value.

The dividing partitions are exactly what we needed to create 2 smaller offices out of 1 large office with privacy barriers. We chose the window panel at the top, and it allows more light to go into both smaller offices, while still providing a protective shield for the two people using the divided office. This is especially helpful as we transition out of the pandemic restrictions, but are still seeking distance between staff members.
