We had a great experience working with Cyrus. He was highly communicative and thoughtful in his approach. What really stood out was how he analyzed the market. He didn’t just compare prices of similar homes—he looked at the critical factors driving value to give us a better understanding of where a home should realistically be priced. That helped us make informed decisions and feel confident in our offers. He negotiated strongly on our behalf and stayed engaged with the seller’s agent throughout the entire process, from offers and counteroffers through closing. When agreed-upon items weren’t completed, he followed up and made sure the terms were enforced. We’ve been buying and selling homes for the past 18 years, and Cyrus is one of the best realtors we’ve worked with. He was knowledgeable, responsive, thoughtful, and consistently advocated for our interests throughout the entire process.

Cyrus assisted me with a divorce home sale. He was excellent at communicating and solving issues especially with me not living in the state. As a military member PCSing from overseas back to the states and looking to buy a home, Cyrus was the perfect realtor! He was able to accommodate the drastic time difference and work with my PCS/TDY-enroute schedule and still be able to roll into a home right when I got there. He was knowledgeable on timing the market, the surrounding area, he personally recorded walk throughs, and accommodated last minute changes in what we were looking for. Throughout the closing process we hit several road bumps (with the VA and lender, none his fault) and he was able to navigate them all successfully and professionally!
