Thank you so much for the kind words and for trusting us with your home loan journey! We’re so happy to hear Michelle and Joseph helped make the process smooth and easy to understand from start to finish. Communication and making sure our borrowers feel confident every step of the way is always the goal, and we’re glad that came through. Congratulations again on your new home, and thank you for the recommendation — it truly means a lot to our team!

Hi Russ, We're so glad Adam was able to make the home loan process feel clear and straightforward for you. Getting those details sorted—especially the rates and fees—is what we're here for. AND it's always a good day when we can beat out the competition! Pass along our thanks to your neighbor for the recommendation! Enjoy your new place, and let us know if anything comes up down the road.

Hi Randy, We’re so glad to hear that your loan process was a great experience. At VeteransLoans.com we pride ourselves on our ability to close loans quickly and provide excellent service throughout the loan process. Unfortunately, VeteransLoans.com is not currently able to service the loans we originate, so all our originated loans go on to be sold to another company in the secondary market. This is very common, and many mortgages change hands several times over the course of a loan, no matter the original company you obtain your mortgage through. Similar to you, as the borrower, your Loan Originator also has no control over how your loan is transferred once it has been originated. We sympathize with your initial discontent regarding your new lender, but we hope it turns out to be a positive experience for you. We also sincerely hope your main takeaway is the great experience you had with us throughout your loan process. We would love to assist you again, should you have any mortgage needs in the future.
