Thanks for the review, and I want to respond to each point you raised honestly.
On the support silence: You're right, and there's no excuse for a month without a reply. We're a small operation and ran into a backlog stretch, but that's on us to fix, not on you to absorb. I'm sorry no one got back to you when you needed it.
On the cap not matching the advertisement: This is a real and recurring issue we need to address. Our product listings use flat vector mockups that show every detail of a design crisply at digital resolution. But when the same design is converted to actual embroidery on a curved cap front, fine detail compresses because embroidery has hard physical limits (stitch density, thread thickness, smallest readable text size). The cap we ship is always going to look softer than the listing image. That's a transparency problem on our listing side, not on yours for trusting what you saw.
On whether the caps are made in USA: No, they're not. Our caps are produced overseas, in Vietnam, by our embroidery partner there. We're not US-based manufacturers and we don't claim to be. If "made in USA" is important to you, this isn't the right brand. There are veteran-owned, US-based embroidery shops that do offer that.
If you'd like to actually resolve your specific cap issue, please email [email protected] or reply on the existing email thread. I'll personally pick up your case and offer a path forward (remake, partial refund, or whatever fits the situation). You shouldn't be left without a resolution after waiting a month.
Best regards,
Vinci
