Order shipped and arrived in good condition. Lucy suffering from flea bite dermatitis. Seems to be improvement but too soon to tell. Hair growing back and not scratching so violently...... Really too early for review. Would like to review again in a month.

I ordered the anti-itch medication in the hope that it would relieve our dog of the continual scratching and biting at herself. It's a little over a week since I started giving her daily dose. There are no open sores on any of the spots that she bites at. I see no change yet. Am willing to give it the length of the term that the fluid holds out, but had hoped to see some improvement. If I get another opinion request in a few weeks, will bring you up to date.

Didn't see any change in my dogs itching and licking problem was not worth the price

We are sorry to hear that you have not yet noticed any changes in Blue's skin. Please keep in mind that our products are homeopathic and can take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding effectively. According to your order, you have only been giving the product for under 2 weeks. We do encourage customers to try our products for at least 30 days, and to give the product directed. Results however, do vary with each pet as there can be many factors involved that would determine how quickly you would see a response. It can depend on how well their body absorbs homeopathic ingredients and also how severe the symptoms are. It can also depend on how the product is being administered. While the package does come with a spray bottle for topical use, it is an internal medicine. The dose is set by weight range as well. We do also suggest not using metal dishes when giving the product. If you are mixing that in with water, is the water sitting all day or is it being consumed right away. My 18 year old cat, has been having problems going up and down the stairs to get to her box. After starting the vetionx, she seems to be doing a lot better.. She is coming up by herself a lot better, as she has arthritis really bad. Thank you for your advice and product.

We are sorry to hear that she is not showing improvements as of yet. Depending on the severity of the symptoms, it can take a little more time before the body will begin to respond effectively. If you are not already doing so, you can always add a second dose at any time, which is our "crisis dosing", that may boost the system to respond if you wanted to give that try. How it is given may also be a factor. The instructions do say to mix the product in water or dispense that in the mouth, but you can also put that in the food, as long as you continue to not use a metal dish as this can weaken the product as well. i even sent an e-mail back to them, on something that they had sent me. The e-mail came back as UNKNOWN! ALSO, There vitamins for a small dog I wouldn't want to give to the dog, way TO LARGE in lengthwise to give. ALSO i check with my vet. The products are NOT FDA approved. Called on returning the unused items, Problems with customer service! Beware customers on shopping there.....!

We are sorry to hear about your experience. After reviewing your order information, it does not your conversations with our representatives. It does appear that there was some confusion in regards to FDA, which we did explain via telephone as well as made this information available on our website. So again, I do apologize for any confusion. In an email that was sent to you, it did state that our products are FDA listed natural medicine and uses an OTC formulation. The active homeopathic ingredients are officially recognized, as listed in the HPUS (homeopathic ingredient dictionary) and Homeopathic Materia Medica. The FDA has regulated homeopathic medicine since 1938, but you will not find that homeopathic medicines are not approved, and that would be true with any company, not just ours. Of course, even if a product is not FDA approved, does not mean that it is ineffective. There are many prescription medications on the market that are FDA approved that list many harmful side effects. There are no reports any negative side effects commonly associated with other symptom relief medications. As far as the Omega 3/6/9, this does not have be taken as a whole orally. Many customers have found it easier to clip the tip and drizzle it over their pets food, which was also mentioned in our conversations with you. In regards to a return, please look for an email from our customer service email address for further instructions.
