I was a little concerned given the distance and cross border internet shopping; however I was pleasantly relieved with the delivery of the product. Now, if I could get a discount on the delivery charges...we are talking 5 stars.😇

We are sorry to hear that your dog has not yet responded to our product Derma-Ionx. Since our products are homeopathic, and can take time to build up, we do encourage customers to try our products for at least 30 days, with regular use. Derma-Ionx does come with a small spray bottle that you can put product in for topical use, however it is first and foremost an internal medicine. Some customers only use it topically, which can cause it take longer to see relief. We are not sure what the situation is in your case, but we would be happy to speak with and go over any product or usage questions. You are welcome to contact our call center directly for assistance. If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, we do have a 60 day satisfaction guarantee on the first order of product if you would like to take advantage of that as well. To do this, please contact our call center for return instructions. Sincerely, Vetionx Customer Service Team

I have two medium sized dogs. After a bad hotel experience where one dog caught mites and she lost quite a bit of her fur, I shampooed her with Vetionx shampoo and gave her the holistic "tonic" daily. Now she's fully recovered. However, her brother caught something much later and although it takes time, with the proper dosage of the tonic, he's starting to heal. I believe Vetionx helped him too as it helps to cleanse from the inside as well. We just have to be patient; it doesn't happen overnight. Please thank the person who invented it and all the staff at Vetionx to continue to produce and market it for us. We hope you will continue to let us purchase at a reasonable price.

Giving this one star for there is not an option for Zero. This product had zero effect on my animals condition. Coconut oil is extremly effective i would suggest going to the super market and getting some, put it in your dogs food every day and apply to the problem area on your friends skin. I would love a refund for this was an expensive waste of our money. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT

We are terribly sorry to hear that you have not noticed any improvements in pets condition. Since Derma-Ionx is a homeopathic medicine, it can take time to build up in the system before their body can begin responding, which is why we encourage customers to try our products for at least 30 days. While the product does come with a spray bottle and can be used topically for added relief, it is first and foremost an internal homeopathic medicine and should be given on a daily basis. Some customers that mix the product in with water, do not always get the best results, unless it is just enough water to drink in one drinking. Since we are not sure how the product was administered, we can not know for sure if that was the issue here. We do show that you have purchased 2 bottles just over a month ago. We would be happy to speak with you regarding our return policy if you would like to take advantage of that. An email has already been sent and we await your response. Please feel free to contact our call center directly as well, as we would be happy to assist you. Sincerely, Vetionx Customer Service Team!

Very pleased. My cat has severe dermititus. We haved tried everything to stop her red dry itchy skin. Steroid shots at the vet caused other terrible side effects so i searched... read the product info about vetionx along with other customer reviews and decided to try it. My cats skin is much better. Not completely healed yet but a lot better. I just add the dosage to her food and my super picky girl eates it . no problems. I will reorder. Along with a new grain free diet i hope to see her skin and fur pretty again soon. I think this has helped her so far and is so much better for her than injections.

Since our products are homeopathic, it can take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding, which is why we do encourage customers to try our products for at least 30 days. For some pets, it may take longer than two weeks. It can vary depending on how well their body absorbs homeopathic ingredients, how severe the symptoms are, if the product is being administered as directed. Derma-Ionx is first and foremost and internal homeopathic medicine, but it can be used topically for added relief, which is why we include the small spray bottle. You are welcome to contact our call center directly with any product or usage questions as we would be happy to assist you. We do hope that you continue to use the product and keep us posted on your progress. Sincerely, Vetionx Customer Service Team

We do appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback on how the product is working out so far. After reviewing your order information, we do show that this is a recent purchase. Since our products are homeopathic, it can take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding, which is why we encourage customers to try our products for at least 30 days, with regular use. There is an option of a crisis dosing as well if the symptoms appear to be more severe. You are welcome to contact our call center directly with any product or usage questions as we would be happy to assist you. We do hope that you continue using the product for the recommended time and keep us updated on Buddy's progress. Sincerely, Vetionx Customer Service Team
