Homeopathic products are safe to use but need time to be effective, some patients see faster results than others. Our records show that you received the product only 2 weeks ago. In most cases this is not enough time. Please allow the product some time to work. Hi Robert~ Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are so sorry to hear that it was very difficult to get your dog to take the medicine. In a liquid form, it can be given 1 of 3 ways; 1) Add to Water 2) Add to Food 3) Give directly in the mouth with an eyedropper/syringe We find that being a liquid it is very easy to administer than trying to get a pet to take a pill.
