The service disappeared from London, so that I lost the positive credit I had on my profile.

Unreliable, lie about how far away they are so you end up standing around for absolutely ages. Not fit for purpose

£40+ stuck in credit since March 2020. No way of contacting ViaVan. Unacceptable!!

I have money in credit as they gave discounts about 2 years ago. Old login now doesn’t work, so created a new account…..messaged them twice and no response. What a con!!!

To reiterate what many have already said: money is stuck in credit. There is no way of retrieving it. Scam, scam, scam.

I have £56 ride credit, however viavan service has been suspended back in Jan due to cov19. I tried to contact Viavan several times on the phone and social media No answers at all
