We were a little nervous getting a replica sofa (as we’ve been burned before by scam furniture websites) but couldn't be happier with our purchase. Julia has been excellent at communication throughout the whole experience and answered all our questions putting our minds at ease. The website is clear that some products are manufactured in China, which made us a bit apprehensive but we are really happy with the quality and look for the price. It arrived more quickly than we anticipated and it's also very comfortable to sit on which is the cherry on top! We look forward to our next Vibehaus purchase 🥰

I bought a sofa from VibeHaus for more than €1200 on March 21, 2026, together with two side tables. The tables did arrive, but they are low-quality plastic products and definitely not worth the price. The real issue is the sofa. More than two months later, it still has not arrived, and nobody can clearly tell me where it actually is. The tracking has been inconsistent and confusing for weeks, showing movements between Spain and China, and customer service keeps giving vague answers and unrealistic delivery estimates. They openly admit they cannot control the delivery timeframe, even after 50+ days. That is unacceptable for such an expensive purchase. At this point, the package appears to be stuck somewhere in China again after already reaching Spain once. If this is how they handle shipping, I honestly worry about what would happen if the sofa arrived damaged or had quality issues. You would probably be left completely alone. Customer service does respond, but mostly with generic reassurances and no concrete solutions. Also, despite the branding, these products are manufactured and shipped from China, not Europe, and delivery seems completely unreliable. Based on the quality of the tables I received, I also started questioning the quality of the rest of their products. In my opinion, this is a risky company to buy expensive furniture from. I would strongly recommend buying from a company with actual stock and reliable logistics instead of gambling with months-long delays and unclear tracking information. Now I am waiting to see whether they refund the full amount or simply continue delaying the process.

Let’s start with the good. Communication is prompt, friendly and forthcoming. Deliver was timely and done with care. The designs are unique. The not so great: Price & Quality. The delivered item (Zuru Lamp) was rather cheap and plasticky (Origin China). The shop pictures, price, and the brand itself suggests otherwise. Given these considerations, the price, even including discounts, seems steep. One will likely get similar quality at a much better rates otherwise. Hence, I will likely not buy here again.

Totally in accordance with expectations, even better. The fabric is super soft, the quality is impeccable, highly recommended! The delivery was a bit slower than expected, but the customer service (Julia!) is perfect, quick and helpful.

Product did not match the images or material description shown on the website. While slight variations are mentioned, the differences in colour, texture, and overall finish were significant and go beyond what could reasonably be expected. The item received does not closely reflect the product presented online, particularly in terms of material appearance and colour. As the product is sold as “made to order,” returns are not accepted, which leaves no clear resolution pathway even when there are noticeable discrepancies between the listing and the delivered item. Cannot recommend.

I am very satisfied with the sofa I purchased. The quality is great, but what really impressed me was the customer experience. We ran into a few issues with the transport, but the support team responded immediately. They were incredibly understanding and solved the problem right away. It’s rare to get such a fast and helpful response—I really felt heard as a customer. Highly recommended!
