Easy communication
Easy communication, good product. We got translation and subtitling done. Major downside was the translation done in formatted Word docs. When we reviewed them it difficult for most reviewers to make edits. This doubled the time of the editing process and frustrated our reviewers. VCC didn't seem to be able to help make the process easier. Wish this portion had been easier. Overall, a good team to work with that could be great with a few tweaks.

We apologizing for not fully understanding how frustrating our Word documents were for your reviewers. You had mentioned that some of your reviewers were taking a long time with them but if we had understood just how problematic they were, we would have offered you an alternative workflow. We have alternatives that work well on both Macs and PCs.
