tried online dating before with disappointing results... My experience with VIDA was great. My matchmaker was awesome, the writing was great, and I have a lot of high quality candidates I want to pursue. I'm pausing for now because I have too much going on with all of these women.

I was having trouble with online dating and I found Vida Select. I had a really good experience. I was referred to a professional photographer to take new photos, the writers did a new profile writeup, and I learned some general tactics I can apply to sending messages online. I am going to try it out on my own for a bit and see how I do. I feel much more confident now!

I had a great experience with VIDA. It was so well coordinated from the time the photo shoot was done (not everyone needs this) through the Matchmaker interview and initial setup. My matchmaker (Kariz) was so kind and encouraging a long the way even though I felt like a more “mature” client at 49 than they are used fo. She was awesome! I would definitely recommend VIDA to my friends or anyone out of the dating scene.

I was new to this entire thing and VIDA's matchmaker Tanzy helped me out tremendously guiding me through the entire process. She provided recommendations on how to improve my profile as well as words of encouragement. She pushed me out of my comfort zone (meeting with a stylist, doing a photoshoot, etc.) and it was definitely fun and worthwhile. If you are interested in preserving your mental health and not wasting time going through tons and tons of profiles to get zero responses, then I highly recommend VIDA Select. They do that for you so you don't have to!

I was a bit sceptical about this service at first - but once i had that initial call, i was instantly excited to use the service. They are very professional; there are different departments that deal with different aspects, and they all work together seamlessly. I was assigned my own personal matchmaker, her name was Lidia and she was amazing - she really made the process fun and relaxed. Which is exactly how dating should be.

If you’re looking for a professional matchmaking service that is committed to helping you achieve dating success, look no further than VIDA Select. My matchmaker, Tanzy, was excellent! From the initial interview call, to setting up profiles, to sending candidates for my approval, she was there every step of the way. The main thing, though, was her positive and encouraging attitude. You simply will not find a better matchmaker than her.

Tara and all the people at Vida were so great to work with. It is very difficult for most of us to create meaningful and interesting profiles - they did a wonderful job of pushing me a little out of my comfort zone. Very happy that I found them!

Hi Faisal, Meagan here, Director of Operations for VIDA Select. As I told you over the phone, I was disappointed to hear that you weren’t happy with your overall experience. I was also bummed that you decided to cancel before we were able to devote an entire month to messaging, especially when you indicated on 7/6 that you wished to continue for a second month. As you know, a lot of "prep" goes into making you look your best online during your first month! Once we got everything up and running, we sent you two promising matches that you approved. You took over the message exchange unexpectedly with one of those matches, which is something we advise clients not to do. Unfortunately, with the message writing out of our hands it did not result in a date opportunity. But I’m confident that with a full month of messaging time and by following our "hands-off" recommendation, you would have seen much better results. We went live with your accounts on 7/1, and on 7/4 you stated that you expected to be “in a relationship” by 7/10. Our mistake here was not hitting the brakes on everything when you said this, as it was an unrealistic expectation that didn’t align with what we told you before you signed up. On average, it takes around 3 months for our clients to meet someone special. From the beginning, your matchmaker also pointed out that including women 26 years younger than you in your search criteria was not optimal and would make your search a bit more difficult. Again, your 7/4 email should have been more directly addressed before we moved any further, making it clear that no matchmaking service out there could be expected to get a client from ‘match’ to ‘relationship’ in only 9 days. Because of this and the miscommunication that occurred related to pausing your account while we waited for the pictures to come back from your pro photographer, I offered you 2 weeks of free service, valued at $450 for your package level. Plus, I also offered complimentary dating coaching throughout the two weeks, which costs a minimum of $125 per hour. I have to say I am surprised you haven’t written me back yet to take me up on this! I’m glad you have a great set of profiles with amazing photos to continue to use, as well as some expert advice & new outfit pairings from your styling session!
