Decent product. Took a bit longer than I expected.

No respect ,no infirmation on delay, customer service not efficient

Horrible, i ordered the Jomundr lether jacket and the material used to make the valknut and runes were fallin off and tranparent. Not to mention the valknut was red, Its not at all how i ordered it! Yall rip me off so hard

Customer service worked hard and answered all my emails very quickly when my package ended up at the wrong address. The item wasn't as green as shown in the picture, instead it was more of an olive drab, but the fit was perfect and, color aside, it was exactly how I pictured it would look. I am ultimately happy with the purchase and extremely happy with my customer service experience. The four stars instead of 5 is just for the shipping mix up that made it arrive far after the event I planned to wear it at, but these days shipping issues are more common and not always controllable by those shipping products so just keep that in mind.

I ordered two rugs. The description had very specific detail about the pile of the rug. When it arrived I was so disappointed. It was more like a bath mat than a rug.

Tank top was not like what was shown in the pictures. Print quality was fine but the actual top itself was not as advertised.
