Primer and foundation are great, I did find using the products together was better result. I have a tinted primer that I use daily and now don't have to use.

I saw the commercials and I honestly was skeptical about it. I've tried numerous different foundations and I had never found one that was perfect. I ordered it and took a chance, I tried it, a little bit does go along way. I have dark circles under my eyes, dark sun spots . Coverage was amazing. I definitely am a believer in this product. I wish they sold other products like additional makeup.

Not great for large pores. On the rest of my face it is great. Like how it truly matches my skintone. But on my nose, the foundation stays white unless I rub and rub and rub. It's ok, but not sure if I will order again or recommend. Maybe to much younger people who don't have giant pores yet.

The shade doesn’t match well, still looks orangey. It also doesn’t last long at all - really disappointed. 2 hours after application it’s patchy and cakey. Brought after seeing all the positive reviews on social media - now I see why - they just delete any negative reviews/comments!

Hello Joanne, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear about your disappointment. Our goal is for every customer to feel confident and comfortable wearing our foundation, and it sounds like your experience hasn’t met those expectations. We absolutely don’t delete negative feedback — we see it as an important opportunity to learn and improve. Regarding the shade looking orangey or turning patchy: sometimes this can happen due to skin prep or other products layered underneath. We recommend applying a thin layer on well-moisturized skin and, if needed, pairing it with a small amount of concealer for additional coverage. We’d love to make this right. If you haven’t yet, please reach out to our customer support team with your order details, and we’ll do our best to help — including guiding you through our money-back guarantee process. Thank you again for giving us a try, and we hope we can turn your experience around. The VIMA Team

I absolutely love this foundation as it leaves skin dewy looking and blends in beautifully. Don't be put off with it being white as it adjusts to your skin tone immediately . I'm 74 and this is perfect as at my age I don't want a heavy clogging foundation

I received the foundation in a somewhat timely manner. When I applied the product, it was too dark for my very fair skin tone. I removed it and tried a very small anount and received the same results. I contacted customer service for a refund and they offered tips on how to apply it. I informed them that I had done that and asked to proceed with the refund. They informed me that I would need to send a video of myself applying it to see if it was a natural finish. I found this to be very insulting, an invasion of privacy, and unsafe to send videos of myself to someone that I don’t know. I have been wearing makeup for years and understand what applying a light amount is. I asked to proceed with the refund and was told they don’t give refunds on used products. They did offer 25% of which I agreed to and received $8. I feel this should be stated on the website that a video is required (it says if possible) and if you open it to try it that you will not receive a full refund. This was very disappointing. However, the person I spoke with in customer support was very kind and helpful. The response time was very fast and the 25% refund was issued very quickly. From my experience, I cannot recommend the product.

I love the makeup but it is breaking my face out. I'm not sure if I can return it since I used it. I really do love it but it's not for me.
