Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the frustration this situation has caused and appreciate the opportunity to respond. This order was shipped via ground service, which was the method selected at checkout, and transit insurance was not included with this shipment type in line with our standard policy, which is outlined on our website. When issues are reported, we always take care to review each case individually and request supporting details so we can better understand what may have happened during transit. In this case, we reviewed the shipment details alongside the condition of the remaining bottles in the order. Our intention throughout is to be thoughtful and consistent in how we assess these situations, even when the outcome can be difficult to determine with certainty. We do understand how disappointing this experience has been, and as a gesture of goodwill, we are issuing a refund for the affected bottle. We appreciate your communication throughout and the opportunity to work through this with you directly. We value your business and are sorry that this experience did not meet expectations. Kind regards, Vinfolio Customer Experience Team

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience caused here. Once we were alerted to the issue on 5/11, our team responded right away to better understand the situation and began reviewing the shipment details internally. After further investigation with FedEx, we were able to confirm the shipping label error and have since corrected this with a refund that is currently being processed back to you. We completely understand how frustrating this experience must have been, especially after spending time working through the issue with the carrier directly. We truly appreciate your patience throughout the process, and our team remains here to help should you need anything further. Kind regards, Vinfolio Customer Experience Team
