In April I contracted with them to transport my car. They gave one price and then raised the price a couple of days before pick up. When I told them that I could not pay that amount and I wanted a refund, they refused to refund my $100 deposit. They would only refund my money if I removed my negative review. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. It’s JUNE and they have yet to refund my deposit. They are scammers. I vow to continue to share this egregious scam with the world until I am vindicated with the refund I deserve.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I recently received. My experience was marked by a total lack of professionalism, including dishonest communication and attempts to shift blame onto the driver. Despite being promised a fast turnaround, the vehicle was not delivered as expected. I typically use SST and have had great experiences with them; however, your company failed to meet even basic standards. I intend to refer this matter to my contacts at the federal level to investigate your business tactics, licensing, and potentially fraudulent behavior.

Got a quote for moving my 2005 Honda odyssey from Florida to Illinois for 550.00 and signed on the contract and they never came to pick up my van . Instead they tried to get me to change my agreement for more Money!! Would not recommend them to anyone, they undercut other movers price and don’t deliver!!!

This is a scam! I received an initial text from a broker named Justin, which seemed very authentic and reasonable. We had a phone call during which I asked several questions about their business practices, confirmed their deposit policy, and eventually signed a contract a few days later for a transport that would take place the next day. I was concerned that during the call, the broker admitted they did business under another name as well, and he indicated that their BBB accreditation was in progress. Nonetheless, Justin and I agreed to move forward, and he said he would send me a message with the driver's details the evening before, or at the latest, the morning the vehicle would be picked up. The morning of the transport, I did not hear anything from the driver or from Vinmove. I called Vinmove, spoke with Justin, who said he would contact the driver and call me right back. I waited outside in the cold and snow for two hours, called and texted repeatedly with no answer. My calls then started going to voicemail. Moving a vehicle is a stressful experience that requires a lot of trust. This company is sus!

This is a scam transport company. They change their name every few months but they always get associates to give a few fake reviews close together to make them look authentic. I relied on those reviews recently and ended up losing money as they will quote a very cheap price but need a deposit which after having paid, will ask for a little more. Their website gives their address but ironically it comes back to a law firm which I contacted yesterday. Last address was in Delaware and I contacted the DA but they said they couldn’t do much as they shut down their website. When you call they will have names such as Joe with a heavy Indian accent. Trust Pilot. Pull these scammers off your website.
