Took the time and extra effort to call and discuss my order and make it even better. Terrific shipping, too. A very pleasant experience all around.

You had a wine I couldn't find anywhere locally. It got to the house quickly and made my daughter in laws day.

I was looking a particular wine and found it on VINOvations. This was a little older and difficult to find. The customer service team called me to update me on their findings of 6 bottles and ask me for a couple more days to find and I agreed. Two days later, I received my shipping notification. Thank you for great service and wine selection!

We apologize for the delay as it's difficult to source some of the wines from our distributor. We provide smaller production, boutique, and artisanal wines from around the world. Which can prove to be difficult to procure at times. We appreciate your patience.

Look forward to my shipment each month. The wine choices are excellent and the prices are even better. Couldn't be happier.

for your O.
Ordered a case of wine, heard NOTHING for 10 days until I contacted them, and was told that they were low on stock and were trying to find more, without any receiving ANY idea of how long (if ever) that might take. I requested a refund (and have not yet been advised 5 days later whether that's been done. I then ordered from another vendor, found the same wine (well, not actually the same, since the new one I ordered actually exists), got it for 10% less, and it'is due to be delivered 4 days later. I can't decide whether they are dishonest or simply incompetent --- but I won;t do business here again.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We source wine from the smaller boutique and artisanal vineyards from around the world. There are times we don't know what we have coming and thus the delay in response. We do have the Dragone in stock now and can work with you on pricing.
