Viofo has great customer service. Linda was able to help with my issue with my rear dash cam when it stopped working, and helped me get a replacement quickly and easily! If you are considering buying dual dash cams, I highly recommend this company. They have great customer service overall and are very respectful.

Viofo helped get my camera up and running after an issue arised with a third party SD card and faulty GPS. Quick, painless, and at zero cost to myself they sent out a new SD card and GPS module that fixed both my problems. Very happy with the level of customer support provided by Viofo.

I own a Viofo A139 Pro dash cam, and the clip of the GPS module was broken. I couldn’t find any online seller for the spare part in my country (Turkey). I contacted Maxitekno, the official distributor in Turkey, via email but unfortunately did not receive any response. After that, I emailed Viofo’s headquarters directly. They replied very quickly and sent me a replacement GPS module free of charge from their factory in China. I was truly impressed by the brand’s respect for customers and their customer-first approach. Many thanks to the Viofo team for their excellent support.

I had a very old dashcam (discontinued) that i purchased many years ago. I was looking for a replacement so i contacted Viofo support and they really took great care of me. I spent many years in my working days in the customer service industry and i applaud their kindness and professional attitude. They replied very quickly to my request (within 24 hours) and were very understanding and reponsive to my needs, which also continued through the entire process. I ended up getting a replacement dashcam at a great price and am very happy with the outcome. I was not surprised when the dashcam forum that i joined told me that Viofo has a great customer service reputation. I very much agree with that assessment and this is why i am writing this review. They went above and beyond what was expected for an old camera that had no warranty left. I am a very happy customer.

I purchased a Viofo A229 dash cam and, as a non-technical person, needed professional installation. The retailer I purchased through was unable to coordinate the installation smoothly, so I contacted Viofo directly for help. Viofo went above and beyond. They helped arrange the installation and communicated directly with the installer to ensure everything was completed correctly and to spec. When issues came up, Viofo provided direct access to a technical representative who was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. The support I received was timely, clear, and proactive. My questions were answered quickly, and I was given helpful information in advance that made the process much easier. Overall, my experience with Viofo’s customer support was incredible. The product and, especially, the service exceeded my expectations.

My main dashcam unit would not power on when I first got it. The support team was very responsive and let me know some steps to resolve the issue on my own. When it was determined that the device itself was defective, the return process was simple and quick. I got a new device and it is working great!
