Bought a new A229 Ultra but had an issue with the rear camera not working. Had a couple of back and forth messages with Cassie as she helped me troubleshoot the issue. Turns out the rear cam and cable aren’t working, so they sent a replacement rear cable and cam and I’ve tested that it’s working now.

Viofo replaced my defective dashcam, no questions asked after only a few email exchanges over their support channels. I fully thought I would get the runaround because my camera was likely out of warranty and I did not register my device officially. Support helped with a simple diagnosis with some photos and instructions and sorted out incorrect connection of cables made by my car dealer. I wouldn't have noticed it since it was correctly connected prior to the dealer visit. Response was quick and the instructions were clear.
