The customer support was prompt and fast in fixing the issue that i had. The discussion was over email with exact and clear instructions each time. I have a Viofo 119 mini dash cam which i like a lot. It s small, good material quality and it has vocal commands that help me control it without taking my hands off the car wheel.

I have VIOFO A229 Plus dash camera. During Car Accident, some prats were missing. I did call to customer support and got missing parts very quickly - next day. Very satisfied.

I bought the VIOFO A229 Plus Duo with the Bluetooth button. I spent quite a bit of time comparing video quality between several brands before buying VIOFO dashcam. I am very happy buying direct from the the VIOFO website and I recommend it. Their customer service and support is super responsive.

Das GPS Modul der Viofo A129 Duo ist nach ca. einem Jahr ausgefallen. Das habe ich dem Service von Viofo mitgeteilt. Ich habe die Dashcam in zwei Fahrzeugen, also habe ich dazu zwei GPS Module. Eines davon war wie gesagt nun nicht mehr funktionsfähig, das andere schon. Dazu hatte ich dem Service von Viofo Fotos übermittelt. Es wurde sofort eine Ersatzteillieferung gestartet. So Hatte ich nach 7 Tagen ein neues, funktionfähiges GPS Modul. Das war ein toller Service von Viofo. Danke.

It only works part time. One day it starts, the next it needs to begin manually. Shuts off mid trip. Not reliable.

Since buying countless thinkware dash cams from the thinkware f770, f790 U1000 what a lode of crap . Now to the viofo company i bought a viofoA139 pro 2CH dash cam what a camerer this is these thinkware, black view they are crap don't work So I'd say to the numptis that write these reviews get viofo my problem now is ive had this canerer since April 2025 viofo support is i will say crap dont care you oaid £315 for blank photos or theres a focusing problem so i wont buy this again saying ive extended the waranty its nothing not worth the trouble

Package never arrived. I don't even know how to properly express the depth of my frustration right now. I paid for the new A329 dash cam, memory card, and hardwire kit. The package shipped but very soon became stuck at customs. The company has been NO help. Exactly how long do they expect me to wait for the stuff I paid for? One month? Three months? Six months? I ordered a dash cam because I needed it quickly. How is this an acceptable way to operate a business? I plan to try and research this on my own, but this whole experience has been awful.
