Excellent service

I found Vipera when I was looking for a 4090 graphics card and none were available anywhere besides ebay at huge markups. I was a little hesitant to order as they suspiciously showed cards in stock at high quantities. After placing my order, the company was very responsive to my emails and calls about when my order would ship etc. Thanks to Vipera I managed to get a good deal on a 4090 much better than Ebay scalpers. My one grievance is that the quantities they show in stock don't seem to be accurate. They showed in stock on 10/18 but didn't actually end up getting stock for my order until 11/1. Overall, solid purchase experience. There isn't a lot of 3rd party info online about this company, but I hope this review helps convince people they are legit.

Fast answers and everything went very well

This is my last review about Viperatech and I only post this because I saw that somebody from their side posted a response to my previous review. For the sake of truth, the statement: "You were repeatedly warned that the AMD BC-160 was a discontinued product and implored you to select an equivalent alternative" is completely false and I will explain why. I was informed 30 days later after my payment for a product that supposed to be "on stock" that the product is no longer available and I was asking for a refund but was firmly refused. Instead of refund I got a proposal for receiving lower grade units overpriced which I have declined. Finally I got the BC-160 but these are heavily used. Also I have asked for the warranty terms and still got no answer on that. Please consider these aspects on your next Viperatech purchase.

I have had horrible experiences with miner purchases. I was referred to Viperatech. I couldn't be happier. Delivery was a little late but they always remain in contact and kept me informed. Extremely helpful.

Purchased several Nvidia CMP-170HX cards. One was operating at low efficiency . Spoke to rep on chat and they are RMAing the card now. Fast and courteous support.

I did order purchase about 3 weeks ago up to date still waiting for the invoice to complete the order!
