I would be careful using the features on this casino. They advertise a loyalty store where you can purchase bonuses. If you save your loyalty points and then start using them the casino removes the store from your account so you cant use them. I have contacted them about this for the past 2 weeks and they just ignore all my correspondance. After using this casino for years its pretty poor treatment.

This was my first time trying an online casino, and initially, I was impressed by the site's clean design and how easy it was to deposit funds and start playing. However, my experience quickly soured after I activated one of their bonus offers. The bonus ended up restricting access to several popular games, including blackjack and roulette, without any clear warning. I reached out to customer support for help, but they were unhelpful and unable to explain why I couldn't access certain games. Eventually, I figured out on my own that the bonus was the issue. This lack of transparency and support was frustrating. I ended up cancelling the bonus and they took all the money I just deposited, really shady stuff. Apparently, it is totally normal for them to steal your money when you cancel a bugged bonus. After exploring other options, I found several casinos that offer better rewards, clearer terms, and far more responsive customer service. I wouldn't recommend this one, there are far better choices out there.

Beware at this site! All my withdraw are canceled without reason and you dont find enyone to talk for explication

BEWARE OF THIS SITE! They are shady, they delay my withdrawals 2 weeks, they have fake streamers who play like crazy 500$ spins on slots, but can't pay me 250$ :D they have chatbots on twitch, i will report him on twitch also for scamming people, and promoting non responsible gambling, if you complain on stream after you get scammed, they just ban you and told you a ***** terrible words, they don't care about players!
