Quality bike, assembled fairly quickly

Love this bike!!! Great quality. Great size. Super nice looking. Long battery. Has an alarm!! Highly recommend!

Extremely fast and helpful customer service went above and beyond to help me with an issue

Our experience was great because the bike came really fast. Looks great and works, is intended to be main transportation Thank you

The front brakes do not work after multiple adjustments, the basket did not come with appropriate hardware, and I have been waiting for days for a live person to contact me about my issues

Once we got on the same page the service was prompt, reasonably priced and promptly delivered.
