Not being very technically minded I used Vistafoto to obtain an accurate driving licence photo and needed further help to actually end up with a physical pic to send off. I was immediately assisted and recommend this service to anyone who is a little unsure about doing these things for themself.

My passport photo didn't pass the first time, so I sent an email to the customer service. They redid the photo and it still didn't pass (probably due to the original photo). They sent me detailed instructions about the photo requirements. I took another photo and emailed to them. They redid the photo for free and emailed back to me. It worked this time! They responded in less than 1 day. Great customer service!

Payment goes through but no picture and even confirmation. Tried a 2nd time, still the same. Lost 10€ for now. Let's see if support ever answers and if I will ever receive a picture... //edit: Looks like some payment methods take days to process, ofc they do not tell you. Fairly predatory... Support sent me my picture but told me it was of low quality. So I asked for a refund as I do not have the setup to take a better picture. Support answers me one sentence that the picture is absolutely possible to do with a smartphone cam. I ask again for a refund cause I just can't get magically a set up (this was about fast and uncomplicated while saving some money and effort as well). Support (Paul) tells me it is the payments methods fault and it is so easy to do and that they currently can't refund it as it isn't in their system. (remember I never received a picture in the 2-3 min time frame because their system intentionally blocks it as long as they payment isn't booked). Klarna usually takes only a few minutes based on my experience with other apps. So I have a hard time to comprehend this one. I'll wait now and ask for a refund when it arrived in their system. Then I will update this again. //Edit: In the end I got one payment refunded and the other one I got my professionally taken picture edited for the country. Not the best experience but ultimately I got what I needed.

I downloaded the picture to the site the way was requested. After I pay $ the amount they charge. I was not able to get in possession or to receive an email with my photos pictures. I send two emails to customer service. Paul was very nice and helpful getting back solves the issue. Something was wear in all this. I provided one email address and I receive the pictures in different email, In my Gmail what I do not provide to the site. Funny 🤣.

I used their service since 2016 and was a very satisfied customer until 2021. However, their service became miserable in the past year. I encountered them 2 times with respect to the need to resize photos. They ask for money for every request we have. This means if you upload a photo and ask for two different specifications. They will ask for money every time. It was not like this before. Tatiana is the worst customer service agent. She never encounters any request without asking for payment. This review is based on the encounter in the last two occurrences. Avoid visafoto at any cost and it will save your time and money. Reason : 1) You will find cheaper options online I found it within 5 mins of research. And my photos are accepted to the govt immigration agency as well. 2) Slow Customer Service. Probably a one-man army/very less people. 3) No empathy 4) Not professional 5)don't respond timely 6) Overpriced Update- If you see the response you understand how inferior quality of responses this company provides when asked for additional help / shown the truth. When I posted a review they came with completed fabricated story! I NEVER ASKED ANOTHER PERSONS PHOTOGRAPH. I AM NOT STUPID TO ASK TWO ITEMD BY PAYING ONE PRICE.DONT MISLEAD PEOPLE WITH YOUR SILLY REPLY, It was my photograph and RESIZE was asked for my photo only. And YES it’s OVERPRICED, no matter what your numbers are in the response. AND THE RECENT REVIEWS SHOWS HOW YOU DOWNGRADED. No matter how you pay these platforms to remove negative reviews. It will not sustain. People can get better service, better customer support at less than half price! One liner - MOVE AWAY FROM VISAFOTO! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! IT IS A SCAM!

Hello. Visafoto, like similar services, has fixed prices. If you need 2 photos of different sizes, it is counted as 2 orders, which are paid separately. We also ask for your order numbers to check the tech support. If we are unable to verify the truth of your orders, we reserve the right to question the validity of the review. Thank you in advance! Updated: Thank you, we have checked your case. According to the correspondence, you have successfully processed one photo for a U.S. visa. Our technical support, at your request, has checked whether the photo meets the requirements and found that everything is in order. Next you asked to process a photo of another person for free. You ignored our request to place the order online and pay for it, and continued to insist on the free service. We are sorry that you are not satisfied with our pricing policy. Nevertheless, "Overpriced service" is an opinion, which contradicts with the opinion of more than 300.000 people who paid for our services and successfully got their photo for their visa or passport application.

If you are in an urgency and if you need to upload the image for immigration. Please don’t choose this service. The reason I’m saying is because if you need any changes in the photo and if you are trying to get in touch with support team the number on the website don’t work and even if you contact support team they are not gonna respond for 2 days. So it’s an

Despite the '99.7% of the photos that we make are accepted by the authorities' statement on their website, mine was not accepted in the UAE. The source photo was very good, the generated photo by visafoto was good as well, it was just not accepted. Contacted support who were a bit 'arsy' in their response trying to blame the source photo having shadows, but they ultimately provided a refund.
