I had a family emergency where I had to leave for China as soon as humanly possible and Panda Manurung returned my desperate call on a Sunday and then helped me through every step of the process. I have had a serious health diagnosis, so, my husband and I wanted to have a quick getaway and spend some quality time together. We scheduled a trip before I realized that our passports had expired with little time to renew them. I didnt see an alternative to canceling our trip. At first naturally i was a little hesitant sending my passport off to get my Chinese visa since i had no prior experience with visa services. Once the process began though the people were incredibly helpful and polite with answering questions and making sure the visa got approved and issued and was an incredibly quick turnaround time and very fairly priced. Would definitely recommend them for getting your Chinese Visa or other visas.
