VisaHeroReviews of visahero.com

I’ve used expedited services for more than two decades and working with Visapro has surpassed the rest. No nonsense, extremely efficient, beyond helpful and will use again and again with pleasure. Thanks for a seamless experience. -Najah

After researching tons of websites for help obtaining a Chinese visa, I came across Visa Hero. Some of the other sites were charging $500 per passport for their visa service. Visa Hero charged less than half (including Chinese consulate fees) and then gave a small discount since I was needing multiple visas. It is a very expensive service but it would’ve costed much more if I had to go to D.C. on my own and wait in line, then wait days to get the passport back before going home. Their website is the most professional of the ones I reviewed and it was easy to use. I suggest using the chat feature to ask any questions before making the purchase as far as shipping options and other add ons. Panda and the chat person (Sarah? I don’t remember the name) were super helpful and answered any questions via email or text. When the consulate needed more information about one of our occupations, Panda let me know exactly what to send and got the documents to the right people quickly. From start to finish I got the passports back with visas inside in 16 days, and would’ve been much faster without the consulate needing more information about our occupation. 10/10 would use again.

Panda was great. Walked me through the process.

Panda was extraordinary. I had been strolling for days to make sense of a very confusing and particular web site on Which I was attempting to apply for a visa. I failed miserably and was getting crazed. Panda, the man at VisaHero was reassuring, competent and solved the problem within hours. He was awesome. My visa hero indeed!!!!

Everything about the process. Panda was so helpful

They made the process painless…I made a few mistakes, and they guided me through the process very quickly…I’d use them again!

Panda is very down to earth and about his business. I thank him for his patience with me and wonderful customer service.

I was able to speak with the staff several times during the process. They were always congenial, and well informed. They gave me reassurance from the time that my application was submitted.
