I purchased a crocheted doll from this shop and was very impressed with the quality. The stitches are delicate and carefully made. I bought it for my younger sister, and she absolutely loved it. Customer service was good overall. Although they didn't reply to emails immediately, they eventually got back to me. The delivery took longer than expected, even with express shipping, but they compensated me with a 30% voucher. Delivery time could definitely be improved.

Their customer service is also very good. Although they didn't reply to emails immediately, they eventually got back to me. However, they delivery time was a bit too long, so I couldn't give the gift to my sister on time. That said, it wasn't a big issue because they compensated me with a 30% voucher. I do think the delivery time should be improved, especially since I paid for express shipping. Thank you very much.
