The item I ordered was out of stock and…
The item I ordered was out of stock and wouldn’t be available for an extended period of time. I was offered a comparable replacement and the item was promptly shipped out to me. Very courteous and communicated very well both over the phone and via email to ensure I was happy with the replacement item and that I would be credited the difference in cost. I would definitely order more items from this company. Excellent follow through and customer service. Thank you so much.

Had to up-date an order and Daidrian…
Had to up-date an order and Daidrian did a great job in tracking it down and up-dating so I got the correct size. They answered the phone and took care of the issue and re-sent a confirmation to validate that the new size was being ordered.
