I signed up for services after being continuously called by an employee . I explained to Harry that there was a high likelihood that I would be leaving real estate. He promised that if that occurred they would refund any prorated amount that was not used. Of course when I got a job that would not allow me to use my license, they refused to give me a refund even though it was less than a month into the contract and I had NOT received ANY leads. I spoke to a supervisor afterwards and he promised to refund a partial amount, which I agreed to. I am still waiting on my refund and it’s been over 2 months.

Provided a spreadsheet full of dead-end leads. Leads are colored coded with green, yellow, red and you focus on the green coded leads with a promise the company is working on turning the large amount of yellow coded to green. This never happens to the yellow leads. The green leads require a lot of nurturing and most leads have unrealistic ideas; ex "I'm not paying any agent,not even to list my house". I DO NOT recommend. I even called an agent that "supposedly " use them and was given great reviews, but don't get fooled.

They cold called me and I went to their website while I was on the phone with them. The very first testimonial stated a listing in my area was listed by one of their leads--so... I looked it up and it was invalid.. the property hasn't been listed since 2005, and for 1/2 the price their website showed... and by a different agent!! lol!

I am very skeptical of the good reviews on here. I took the call after declining several times stating I am not an active realtor despite having my license. I agreed to listen to a short 10 minute presentation just for my own information and that I would not be signing up. By the end of the 40 minute call the “manager” I had been passed to started saying things like “what is wrong with you” for not using my license. I was never anything but polite in stating that I would not be signing up today but that I would keep in mind for the future if I decided to get back into real estate. The “manager” HUNG UP on me. So yeah , very suspicious I can’t imagine if a company really was that great that anyone would hang up or be so unprofessional. They did call from a local number (Boston ) so I think my guard was down a little but I would be surprised if this wasn’t some sort of scam.

I have received repeated calls from V Leads Services despite asking to have my number removed. During my most recent conversation, I politely declined their services. Instead of respecting my decision, the representative became increasingly pushy and insisted that I visit their website, Google and TrustPiolet reviews while he remained on the phone. As I read reviews aloud—including some negative ones—the representative insisted I was looking at the wrong company. I verified the company name by spelling it out ("V" as in Victor, "L as in Lema" and so on), but he continued arguing with me instead of accepting that I was reading reviews for the correct business. Throughout the call, I repeatedly heard clicking noises as though I was being placed on mute and then taken off mute. At one point, I clearly heard the representative call me "a liar." Whether he intended for me to hear it or not, that crossed a line and ended any possibility of a professional conversation. He also wanted to have another customer contact me to share their positive experience. I explained that I prefer to do my own research and, if I want references, I'll ask colleagues I know and trust rather than speak with someone selected by the company. I understand that sales is part of doing business, but "no" should be enough. A professional representative should respect a potential customer's decision instead of arguing with them, insulting them, or continuing to pressure them. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company, and I hope they honor my request to stop calling. I know the company will come back with a reply stating that I am not a client of theirs and that is correct. The need to get pushy and defensive is what turned me off with your company.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience to help other agents make an informed decision. I signed up with VLeads in December as a “Platinum” client with the expectation of receiving qualified, closable leads and consistent reporting. After three months, I have not received any meaningful results that justify the $2,500 investment. The leads provided were not viable: One already had a listing agent Another was not the decision-maker One appointment expected me to act as an investor rather than a listing agent Additionally, I did not receive the weekly or monthly reporting that was promised. Communication was inconsistent, and key strategies—such as running Google Ads—were only mentioned months into the service, which was very concerning. When I requested cancellation and a refund under the money-back guarantee, I was met with delays, rescheduling, and being passed between team members without resolution. As of today, I am still waiting for confirmation of cancellation and refund. I was also encouraged to record a testimonial video early on, which I now regret. I no longer have confidence in the service and have requested that the video be removed. I was told it would be taken down within two days, but it remains publicly available. This experience has been disappointing, not just financially, but professionally. As agents, our reputation matters—and partnerships like this should reflect that level of responsibility. I hope the company improves its transparency, communication, and delivery so that future clients do not have a similar experience.

Do not sign up with V Leads. These guys are scammers for sure. I will never ever sign up with anyone with an accent. I was a sucker for giving them $450.
