Not my favorite company. false advertising. Sells defective second hand crap sent in dilapidated boxes. Then refuses to refund based off of technicalities. But after persisting, the third time I tried, someone did apologize and refund my order, though I had threatened to contact the attorney general. More like 2.5 stars. But they resolved things faster than DHGate and Wish. The bar is low these days.

I bought a canopy from Target June 13. Apparently Spreetail is the company that partnering with Target on this item. I've never received the package. I called Target three times and they finally, after a month said they would cancel the order and resend it. VM Express finally sent me a new one a month later. It took a while but I have it.

I’m scared to death About my order that they can’t find, Monday morning everything was fine now they can’t find a 300’pound pool? The man i talked to was ignorant and said well I just cancell. No I WANT THE POOL!!!! Called back talked to a sweet young lady who has the same birthday as me. 11/5. Please JUST SEND ME THE POOL, PLEASE!!! I bought 1,000 dollars in wood for the deck and sand!! Please VM help me!! It’s for my uncle who is mentally challenged. He is so excited, so was I until this. They say it’s coming from a warehouse in PA the first time Texas I live in nj why not send it from the pa warehouse the first time? PLEASE SEND THIS POOL ASAP PLEASE GOD HELP THEM!!! Please!!!!!!! There are times where large pools can go a couple of days without updating on tracking due to their size and the type of shippers required for delivery. Web site advertised something that was no longer available, and even accepted payment -- before telling me that the item wasn't available. I had to contact them over multiple days to confirm that the credit card charges would be reversed. Eventually, I did get full credit.

In September i ordered air mattress off Wish for 42.93 It was great but Last night it deflated 2!!!After seeing reviews i thought finally an air mattress that would be durable .and last but now i think i shouldnt have bought the dura beam plus 18inch queen size Disappointed...

Kay, I am very sorry that your air mattress is no longer holding air. We do have to abide by Wish.com's 30-day return policy so we are unable to replace or process a refund for an item outside that time frame. The good news is that some of these mattresses have a 60-day warranty through the manufacturer. Please reach out to us if your order is within 60-days and we would be happy to send an invoice to assist in the warranty claim.

I ordered based on good reviews and speedy delivery. I think maybe they should have better drivers, fed ex takes forever to deliver. it looks like it shipped out in 2 days but its been almost a week and still havent seen it. I hope when and if it does arrive that the experience gets better.
