I live in the mountains of Washington State and I finally found a good alternative to running a landline up to my house to use as a Home phone. The quality of this Voilply phone service is as good as any land line I've ever had if not better in many ways.

Very easy to install. Online experience when ordering was simple and clear go understand. Received equipment in a timely manner overall great!

Warning: Do not use this company. We have been with them for over 10 years, initially low prices and reasonable but a lot of hiccups. As the years have gone by it has deteriorated completely. Now, NO response from customer service and my service is not working. It's a nightmare for a business, and I STRONGLY recommend staying away. "LOW" prices are not worth it if there's no service provided and you can't reach anyone. It appears they are going under/shutting down.

This company is dead, kept on life support by AI to give the impression it's still a viable business. It's not. If you care about your phone number transfer it while you still can. Only portion of this business that still functions is the part where they take your money, the rest has been gutted, it's a ghost town. Get out while you still have a chance, I ported mine out today.

Very disappointed in their service. I have their service at my 88 year old mother’s house. It stays inoperative more than it works. I keep getting the same AI instructions, over and over and over and over. The same thing with no results. My better half uses magic jack for years with no issues. I don’t want to switch but it has been three weeks with no fix.

Extremely disappointing experience with Voiply. I paid for service in good faith, expecting to use the phone line for legitimate business calls. Instead, I had login issues, outbound calling problems, and almost no useful support resolution. Then, without clear warning or a fair chance to verify anything, my account was suddenly closed shortly after purchase. They did mention a refund, but that does not excuse the wasted time, stress, and disruption caused after I already set everything up and relied on the service. If you need reliability, transparency, and professional onboarding, be cautious before choosing this provider. My experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

It used to work great. Now since the "upgrade", the voicemail system is inaccessible, I have submitted 8 trouble tickets with no resolution. I do not recommend using them.

I tried to secure a number and the credit card processing was not working. It defaulted to an account not associated with our company (or personally). Only customer service is AI and it is useless. I would give this review a zero or -5 if possible. Internet only phone service is available. Voiply was cost effective but only if it works. Don't walk away...run. This is by far the worst experience that I have ever had. Don't expect the AI generated support ticket to result in ca callback in your lifetime. Not going to happen
