Your New Packaging is a Waste of Natural Resources! Your Original Packaging was a Compact Metal Can with 7 tablets, 6 cans to a fitted paper box & Fully Recyclable. Your New Packaging has an Oversized Recyclable Paper Box which is filled with a 16 individually wrapped 2 tablets packages that are Not Recyclable. I have 30 years of Experience in the Packaging Industry. It seems to me that your redesign is for the retail & individual 2 tablet package dispensing sales. I realize I am only 1 customer would like you to again provide for individual customers who buy for themselves & do not sell your product. Of Course I Love Your Product as it is Excellent! Thank You for your consideration.

Hi Vernon, First, thank you for being a passionate customer and sharing your feedback. We went into the package update process with a great deal of care and looked into a wide range of options. The tins, while compact, had a severe issue with allowing moisture and air into the product. For many of our customers, that would ruin the tabs quite quickly. We tested other solutions, including bottles. In the end, we moved to the sachet packets because they maintained the spirit of portability, but were 100% moisture proof which guaranteed the tablets would stay fresh for those in more humid climates. We are happy with how the package ended up, but know there is work to do on reducing the materials. In fact, we are still in the process of identifying fully recycled and recyclable materials - it's a crucial issue for us. We appreciate your support as we work to improve customer's experience with Voke continually. These are amazing. I stopped drinking coffee because I could not handle the jolt of caffeine and crash that followed. I can carry one of these during a long run and use it when I need a boost of concentration and energy. The taste is great. I know people have complained but I think if it was sweeter it would be too sweet. Plus for such a minimal amount of calories it’s a good trade off. Totally a game changer for me and it’s now the only supplement i rely on during my 10-12 mile runs

Hey PF. Sorry, the taste was not a fit for you. We had to make a call on the sweetness versus natural ingredients and went with keeping things natural. I believe we got your refund taken care of - Voke works best taken twice per day around 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM and we suggest trying that pattern for 30 days -just something to keep in mind.
