You guys are the greatest, part of the shipment arrived but the delivery was outstanding. And when I asked about the second part you had an answer back to me in minutes. Great customer support and service.

Customer service was great. Transaction was easy. The part I ordered unfortunately didn’t work. Return was easy. They even emailed me a return label. Only thing I had a issue with is I was not informed of a restocking fee when I spoke with the person about ordering the part I was advised it would work. ( it didn’t work with my machine) when I spoke with the person about the return they never mentioned a restocking fee. Other than that experience was great.
