It seems like everything we want to do on our site is not possible and we can't get real help without switching to the more expensive package. Templates are not very customizable as far as colors. Subscriptions are important to our business but we can't do a weekly or biweekly option, and volusion does not have anywhere for customers to customize or manage. Not very user friendly in general. We will be switching to shopify soon.

Responsive templates don't work overly well. No integrated blog. ridiculous url convention, and have to Jquery hack the crap out of the template since you can't edit the actual structure in SO many places. The way they maintain site content for information pages such as shipping & returns etc is incredibly cumbersome, not very intuitive and allows for NO flexibility. We are looking at replacing Volusion next quarter.
