Received the exact opposite order and was very careful in selecting as the specific color was important. Having received, after weeks, the backwards order, I was assured it was my error and offered 50% off my next order. Hysterical! Found the item I needed elsewhere (without looking too hard)and paid considerably less for it. LOOK AROUND A BIT.

In a world where it seems there is so much bad, and things going wrong, this company is proving that there are still good people and companies out there! I ordered a bracelet for my son, and after I purchased it, I noticed that I had given the wrong city for the address where it was going. I reached out, explaining my situation, and almost immediately, they responded, and said they would fix it. They very quickly did! Then a communication problem on my end, I thought it had never been delivered, but it had. I reached out to Von Riche several times, and every time they responded quickly, kindly, and professionally. They were very quick in their responses, and not once did they make me feel as if was a bother. I will definitely recommend them to others, and not hesitate to use them again myself. Go ahead, you won't be sorry!

Scammers, advertising as 18k plated Gold but just some cheap paint finish
Purchased what I thought would be a beautiful necklace for my wife on Valentine’s Day with our kids names on it and the product description said it was 18k plated gold. The “gold” wore off completely in under 4 months and Von Riche wouldn’t offer a new necklace or return the money. Wife is very upset because it was special to her but what Von Riche sells is all a fake products and false advertising. Complete scam. Do not buy this cheap junk, if I could rate it in the negative I would but 1* is the lowest I can go.
