I ordered 2 faucets and they charged me for 2 but only shipped one. The customer service situation is tough because everything is through the website or email and I feel like there is something shady with the whole process. I had to return the one faucet they shipped as well and it’s a 20% restocking fee. I feel like I am going to have to open a complaint with my credit card company because I still haven’t received a credit for the faucet they didn’t send. There are so many other reputable options for plumbing supplies online, I wish I had skipped Voomi. **edited to say that I have reached out to customer service, by phone and email multiple times and I still have not received a refund. VS121005- You are more than welcome to assist. **updated to say that Voomi did refund my money for the items I returned as well as the item that did not ship.

We tried ordering a Moen shower kit from Voomi Supply. The listed price was $1,728.24, which was considerably less expensive than other sources for the item. At the time of our order 2 days ago (8/9/2025), the shower kit was listed as in stock. This morning (8/11/2025 - just two days later), Voomi canceled the order, claiming that the item was out of stock. However, they still show it on their website as in stock, with a new, much higher price of $2542.16. This company is a scam!
