Absolutely the best customer service in the industry. Own many of their products and all preform well above their price point. The few issues I have had were promptly handled free of cost and with an extra bit of swag thrown in with it. As long as they keep up the excellent service they have a lifelong customer here

Received cheap product. Said they were in Toronto but order came from China..No tag to indicate maker or product material. Wrong order and nothing like the advertised product. Tried to return it and was offered $5. Then a not that stating "I've fought with my superior for a long time I can refund you 8CAD as compensation." This for a $77 dollar supposed Canadian sweat shirt. Vortexmshop is highly likely a fraudulent or low-quality dropshipping storefront or a payment processing alias linked to questionable online retail sites. There is a strong pattern of automated, short-lived e-commerce websites sharing similar naming structures (like Vortexshoponline) that are flagged by security tracking sites for hidden ownership, lack of contact transparency, and poor operational practices. Unbelievable customer service! I emailed them in the evening that I am missing a screw for the eyepiece of my spotting scope. The next morning, I got an email that they are shipping me a new eyepeice!

These guys legitimately deserve over 5 stars and I mean that. I've had nothing but good luck with their optics and even better dealings with their customer service. I got a piggyback set up for a sig tango6t dvo and it was the only one for their alpha mount I could find and it was made for the RMR. I have a new Vortex enclosed red dot thats a dpp footprint. I emailed them about adapter plates. They literally said ones on the way and 3 days later it arrived with a massive variety of screws all sorted and labeled. So now my vortex is at 12 o'clock on my odd sig optic. But my strike eagles are some of my favorite budget optics.

Great Great company to deal with warranty is second to none. My first claim ever on a 200 dollar optic I bought 10 years ago they responded and sent me everything needed to mail off postage paid within 15min. Within a week they informed me optic could not be fixed and would send me there newest 300 dollar comparable optic with a free mount. Awesome costumer service Vortex customer for life.

Their warranty program is second to none - they take care of their customers and back their gear.

I received amazing customer service with Newpro after contacting them about a part that I had lost on my binoculars. I received a very prompt reply to my email to say that they will post me a replacement part free of charge which arrived the next day. Thank you so much!

Zamówiłam w SoundDown Silent Disco, a dostawa była tak długa, że prawie się rozczarowałam. Wszystko co kupiłam, to tylko jedna opcja, a nawet nie była ta, którą chciałam. Nie ma wyboru, nie ma możliwości dostosowania. To jest jak kupowanie w sklepie, gdzie nie ma asortymentu. Nie polecam.
