No refund was issued to me...
My order arrived quickly but once I opened it I realized I'd need a larger size so I initiated a return of the item, which went smoothly. There were clear and prompt replies when corresponding with customer service. I followed all the steps for my return but was surprised to see that even though my order was received back in the warehouse, no refund was issued. I waited around 2 weeks for some word and then realized that if I didn't ASK Vossington to issue a refund, they wouldn't. So it was then, after I reached out about a refund, that I finally received one.

Hi there, It's actually not necessary to ask for a refund, however, your frames were not yet confirmed by our warehouse to have arrived in good condition, unfortunately there is sometimes a delay because they need to check them. We decided to give you a refund even though this was not yet confirmed. We apologize about the delay.

Quick shipping and seamless buying experience. Acrylic glass was damaged on one corner. Frames looks good but feel fragile.
