Sorry I am not sure what is wrong with the prescription glasses you ordered, we haven't heard from you. The frame you chose is one of our most popular, and we never have any issues with it.

Thanks for the order! I am surprised you had issues with the speed. We have an awful lot of products on our site and loads of tables for ease of ordering, but our site runs at a very nice speed normally.

The clip ons are nice but expensive for what they are. They fit well on glasses but they are no better than the ones that can be purchased at the drug store for $20 less. I guess the extra $20 is for the reflective tint on the lenses. The website is cumbersome and makes selecting the correct item difficult.
