They charged me 170$ and ignored the 250$ of credits that where on my account. When I messaged support they refused to refund me and locked my account asking for an ID I submitted an ID and have gotten no response in 4 days.

Terrible terrible terrible! Never use this hosting company. I bought a VPS and prepaid for a year, then they asked me about my ID card for verification, which I never experinced from 15+ of other companies. Then they shut my account down, and I already deployed some personal projects and shared some of the services with my friends. They just simply shut your account down without any legit reason. Never seen a hosting company like that! And when I ask how long does the verification process take, they reply nothing at all, so I waited and waited and waited, don't know what to do. It's also not clear how I can get a full refund. Just don't use it!

I pre-paid for 1 year+ of service so I didn't have to be too active in maintaining the billing part of my personal projects. They respond by demanding ID verification days after I already made the payment. You should never do ID-based KYC with any company as they'll never delete it and will 100% leak or sell it eventually. They are selective fraudsters and scammers and nothing else. Service is also unreliable and downtime is to be expected regularly, based on my past experiences with them as a business client. I thought they were good enough for my personal stuff, but guess not. Probably lost hundreds of dollars as I doubt they'll refund it, not to mention to hours and hours setting stuff up. Use any of their competitors instead and save yourself the headache.

I've hopped on to try it out. I logged in and forgot about it. They charged me for usage. I asked to return my money as I didn't use their services and had 17 euros left in my bank account (I am a student) and literally had to water fast. However despite not returning me the money or at the very minimum cancelling my subscription (despite me writing to them multiple times) they had the audacity to ask me multiples times after going back and forth to pay them even more. Just absolute greed.

I'm a Vultr Customer for years but now I can't reach them in the weekend. One of my servers is having a poor VPC (ping times of 5 to 40ms) to the other servers but no one at Vultr responds to a ticket. Very disappointed in their service. In the past it was good and responsive.
