scammed me out of $70. They're paypal charges lul you into thinking that they'll just charge you what you have in your account then cancel your service, but if your not careful, they'll raid your bank account while your not looking.

Vultr is scamming people with $100 bounty. Unless you deploy and hold for a week some servers using free $100 credit, all will be fine. But then, when the number of used balance gets $99.99 they deny their $100 bounty and you'll need to pay a debt of those $99.99 to them

Hi Erevan - perhaps you tried using the coupon after the expiration date. Without all the information, then we wouldn't know for sure. If it happens again then please open a ticket at https://my.vultr.com/support/create_ticket/ The Support Team is always happy to help you.

BEWARE: Vultr are not as truly enterprise grade. I have been with Vultr for more than two years and I have suffered several catastrophic instance failures which have required full rebuilds. Each time, Vultr support say that it is my responsibility to ensure backups and snapshots are taken to make recovery easy. When the same happens with DigitalOcean, they always restore the image perfectly and you never lose data. The only reason I stay with Vultr is because they support multiple private networks.

Hi John - instance failures are always frustrating. That's correct, since Vultr is a 100% self-managed hosting provider then we don't configure accounts, so we allow users to choose whether they want automatic backups or not. We take this feedback seriously, so we'll look into other solutions for when these things happen. Thanks for choosing Vultr.

Vultr referral invitation with $100 is a scam. I was inviting by one of my colleague and my account was suspended without any prior notice within 5 days. And now they are asking me to provide documents just because they feel so. Unprofessional and dangerous to use their website. You will never get to know when your work/projects will be destroyed by vultr. Results: I lot my project works that was worth $14,000. It's all on vultr's fault.

Hi Dylan - accounts can be suspended for several reasons, like DDoS attacks for example. Similarly, sometimes we ask for ID proof documentation to assure that accounts are authentic. Next time please create a support ticket from the control panel and then we'll look into it ASAP. We're always happy to help.

Powered down our server for no good reason. We got a copyright notice. The content was removed, yet they still powered down the server and offered no explanation. They ignored our support tickets - still not heard back over 10 days later! Vultr does not give a damn about its customers. Do not be fooled by their marketing and website nonsense - it's all BS. They cannot be trusted with anything.

Overcharged me and when I asked for support they just deleted my account instead! Rude! Avoid. Look how many negative ratings they are here - they're clearly manipulating these.
